Some Server Updates

Right now, I've swapped out the other 12 drives on RCBIG2. The RAID is initializing, and tomorrow I'll partition the RAID and create filesystems. For those interested, I'm going to create XFS file systems and compare them with the EXT-3 file systems on the other RAID5.

Also, tomorrow I will start the swapout of the "bad" 500 Gigabyte drives on RESSRV14 and RESSRV15. The drives in those machines have a high failure rate starting at 2 years, and Western Digital has given us a bundle of drives to replace them all. There will be no impact on our users -- hey, it's a hot-swap RAID5 -- you can just pull a drive and put in a new one.
