Welcome to the Critical Alarm Management System (CAMS) on-line service request site.

Use this site to notify the CAMS Administrator whenever a freezer,
incubator, or cold room needs to be added, removed, or modified in the CAMS
alarm system database.

First time users should register by clicking the Register.
When you register, make sure you use Partners' username and enter your email address and name in the
registration form.

(Note: the links below will fail if you haven't logged in.)
To request service click the link that says New Ticket

The service request ticket will be created and automatically sent to the CAMS
Administrator. When the status of your request changes you will
receive an email notifying you of the change. You can also check the status of
your request online by clicking the View Tickets link above.
