PREDmus: a system for the prediction of peptides binding to MHC alleles of mice

mus is a computational system for the accurate identification of peptides binding to complete set of major histocompatibility complex molecules in several model organisms - Balb/c mouse (H2d haplotype), non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice (H2g7 haplotype ), HLA-2.1 transgenic mice, and HLA-DR4 transgenic mice.
