The Dana-Farber Research Data Center is located at 20 Overland street and is managed by Lisa Terry. The Data Center houses the computing equipment of many Dana-Farber research departments, some of which are infrastructural, some departmental, and some individual. The center is supplied with conditioned power, large uninterruptible power systems for emergencies, sufficient air-conditioning, and a modern fire system. Access is available to approved users by card.

Adding equipment to the Data Center requires planning and space. Users who want to use the Data Center to house equipment should notify us several weeks in advance to be sure there is room, power, etc.

The data center is not staffed on a 24x7 basis.
